║ This is the SUPERPRO edition - packaged with StoryCraft. ║

║ *NOTE* Many people have noticed CORE's accusations in their Eudora
║
║ keymaker. Although we've settled the matter with CORE
║
║ privately, since many people continue to inquire about the ║
║ matter we'll make a brief statement here:
║
║ ║
║ Since day one SHOCK has been extremely outspoken against the theft
║
║ of cracks/serials or any work between groups. However, CORE's
║
║ comments were extremely ill-timed - simply, they did not allow
║
║ the leadership of SHOCK time to review the issue internally before ║
║ making public their beliefs, some of which have turned out to be ║
║ misleading. ║
║ ║
║ In releasing a registered copy of Eudora, JohnDoe1 reversed
║
║ (traced back) a serial he had obtained, and in then created a ║
║ registration based on his own name. Unfortunately, this serial ║
║ had originated with Egis(CORE)'s keygen, although JohnDoe1 was
║
║ unaware of this matter. Thus, of course his serial matched that ║
║ outputted by CORE's keygen, as would any serial based on the format
║
║ at hand. ║
║ ║
║ JohnDoe1 has since generated other serials and we've presented the
m ║
║ to CORE to show that he did not simply use their keygen to "crack"
║
║ his release - he has cracked and keygenned plently of apps himself, ║
║ some in SHOCK and some in other groups. Whatever one's belief about
║
║ tracing back existing serials, he did not nor will we ever condone
║
║ infringement on another group's work.

║ ║
║ We are pleased that this matter has been settled and that Egis ║
║ has since agreed that such matters should be reviewed fully ║
║ by both groups before any public comments are made. ║
║ We hope that CORE continues with their quality work. ║
